Whatever Happened To...

January 31st 2009 18:12
Amy Fisher, remember her? She was the Long Island Lolita who shot her pimp/lover, Joey Buttafuoco's wife in the head. She was a prostitute at a very young age, and Joey was her manager, or pimp. The shot must have really rattled Buttafuoco's wife because she took back her husband and forgave Amy for shooting her. Perhaps because Fisher was a hell of a "meal ticket!"

Of course Joey who committed statutory rape, laughed the who thing off. He was a household name and had achieved celebrity status.

It has been 16 years since Amy shot Joey's wife and at 34 she is married to a 56 year-old and a mother of three. Youngest 3 months and oldest is 8. Now Amy is ready to get on with her career and teach values to her kids. That's why she is looking forward to a porn career! After all, a girl's got to do what she does best!

Next time I wonder whatever happened to Amy Fisher, the answer is...

Who Cares?

Dial-A-Muslim

January 29th 2009 21:55
Have you ever had any questions about Muslims, terrorism, Quran, veils, Jesus, etc.? Well fear not because now you can dial a toll-free number and get the answers from a Muslim. No propaganda, of course!

Well if you are confused about Muslims, dial 1-877-WHY-ISLAM to ask a Muslim about your concerns. Muslims are standing by to answer your questions!

I'm sorry but this is too funny. I am not crazy about the "Christians" who push 'Jesus' to those who refuse to listen. I agree with the separation of church and state. I believe that politics and religion are a personal thing and the views are those of the individual.

Yet there is still a push to clarify a misconception of Muslims vs. terrorisms. We get it! Much like the Bible there are various misconceptions and various interpretations. What if this was a Christan, Jew, Hindu, or any other religion trying to clarify a misconception?

Actions speak louder than words for all religions. Prove to me with your actions rather than trying to convince me with your forceful words. This is yet another religious double-standard!

Sick Tributes For Profit

January 27th 2009 22:41
Just when you thought that some entrepreneur couldn't come up with a way to make a profit over a tragedy, well guess again. We all know about the outcome of the Caylee Anthony case with the child being found dead. Now comes a Caylee Anthony tribute doll. One has to wonder what sick mind comes up with such a tribute and what sick person would purchase one.

With a 30 dollars price tag, the manufacturer tries to ease the blow by saying it will give a $3 from each sale to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children or other charities that they have contacted. They are still waiting to hear from one of the lucky organizations. I don't expect the phones to ring off the hook!

The irony is that Showbiz Promotions fails to see that it is they that are truly exploiting a child. It is mighty big of them to not mold the doll in Caylee's image because that would be morbid according to them!

Government Bailout XXX

January 7th 2009 21:28
The government seems to be bailing out many ailing industries that should have been watching their own bottom line. We heard it over the housing, banking, and even the auto industries being given government money funded by the taxpayers that have no say in the matter. Well just when you thought it couldn't get any more ridiculous, along comes another request for a bailout from an unlikely source.

Now the porn industry is hurting!!! Of course the fanatical Joe Francis and Larry Flint have gone, or are planning on going, to Washington to request a bailout at the taxpayers expense. Given the past government history, I can truly say that this will be approved and dubbed as the biggest waste of taxpayer monies
