Are You Smarter Than A Kindergartner?

August 22nd 2009 15:55
5-year-old, Dakota Collins disappeared the first day of school. He was scheduled to start kindergarten but was not present during roll call. He was seen during breakfast and lunch but nobody could actually find him.

It seems he was found in the first grade with his new friend. It took real detective work to find the little tyke who was having a ball in first. Soon he was faced with the reality that he was in another class and began to cry. I think he felt that he was smarter than a kindergartner, unlike the teachers that didn't know where he was!

Psycho Wussies

August 22nd 2009 13:59
Is there anything that someone, somewhere, and somehow won't be offended at? People obviously can't take a joke and need to get a life beyond their profession. A donut shop called Pscho Donuts had to make changes because a psychiatric community couldn't see the marketing humor behind it.

Donuts with names like "Bipolar" and "Massive Head Trauma," are now known as "Mood Swing" and "Headbanger." Am I the only one who sees the real craziness here? Now the crazy CAUSE must seek other businesses to disrupt because it has some psychotic purpose of some sort! They should name a donut 'rationalize' because professionals rationalize that the CAUSE is just.

Scamming Christians

August 22nd 2009 11:34
Christians that believe in God might never be scammed in the real world. Well, an atheist has come up with what may be the greatest Rapture scam ever. It goes without saying that many a gullible believer will be shelling out money for this brilliant idea.

After Jesus saves you from the rapture, what will happen to your pets that will be left behind? Never worry because Eternal Earthbound Pets will make sure they will be cared for. Keep in mind that atheists don't believe in the Rapture, but will be more than happy to take your money for...wait for it...peace of mind!

After all when you're in heaven and not caring about those that are left behind, your main concern should be about your adorable pets. This must prove that even Peta has Christians in its ranks!!!

Extremist vs. Extremist

August 15th 2009 18:49
An al-Qaeda inspired group leader was killed in Gaza. If not by his suicide belt, then by Hamas. That's a switch. Hamas fighting extremist terror groups in Gaza?

Apparently after the 'wipe Israel off the map' agreement, there are thousands of other issues to fight about. Hamas may hate Israel but they don't adhere to al-Qaeda extreme form of Islam rule.

Islam Honor System

August 12th 2009 22:19
Commentary

In my country of origin it has happened many times that fathers, brothers, uncles, etc., have engaged in honor killings. Give it time, because like wildfire it is spreading like wildfire fast. Most honor killings among Islamics and Muslim is over 'promised' daughters trying to marry someone other than the intended groom that was promised by the parents at the birth of a daughter. It takes on a new meaning and intensity when a 'promised' daughter falls for someone outside the religion

Billy Ray Cyrus is a Celebrity Pimp

August 11th 2009 23:34
Remember 'Achy Brakey Heart' by the mullet jerk Billy Ray Cyrus? His song appealed to the grandma and grandpa country western no-life crowd that couldn't dance and was a hearing impaired crowd of the time. Well since Billy Ray couldn't make it in the real world, he was smart enough to pimp out his daughters to make him a millionaire!

Funny how an old timer changed his appearance to appeal to a newer crowd through a daughter that Disney promotes and the young crowd adores. He wasn't shocked and offered no apology when his daughter was semi-pedophile nude in a man's magazine at 13 years old. Now a role model for losers is pole dancing to attract perverts and teens in search of self

Negotiating With Terrorists

August 10th 2009 23:38
When Greenpiece(purposely misspelled) wants to protest something using their 'in the name of environment tactics', the military should intervene and blow them as if they were al-Qaeda. That is my opinion, and although exaggerated , does not justify their tactics to protest industries that provide food for human consumption. Greenpiece and Peta are from the same rotten mold that wants to dictate their ideology on the rest of humanity.

It's latest protest is against the cod fishing industry in Sweden and Denmark. They plan to drop boulders into two cod-fishing areas of the Kattegat sound to prevent bottom trawling in the waters separating the Swedish and Danish mainlands

False Prophets

August 9th 2009 22:17
No wonder Christianity is so laughable when it comes to hypocrisy. In Christianity you cannot be a soothsayer or psychic. So I take offense when a psychic or devil worshiper hides behind Christianity to promote their own agenda. I could quote scriptures but why bother when some are blatant about it?

Now a psychic who uses the devil cards known as Tarot to judge a homosexual about his own doom in hell is a hypocrite

State Of Confusion

August 9th 2009 21:13
Frank Sinatra once said in a song that if you can make it in New York you can make it anywhere. He was obviously talking about the CITY but it gave the STATE a good feeling. There was also a strong I LOVE(heart) NY campaign back in the 80s and 90s. Everybody associated the City with the State. When I traveled many asked about skyscrapers, traffic jams, the high cost of living, etc., even though it wasn't common in my City in Upstate NY. It was a common belief that if you said you were from yada, New York, people assumed you were from the CITY even though you lived hundreds of miles away.

New York State has always been a divided State where New York City was considered Downstate, and anything else was Upstate. There was so much unbalance that about 17 million lived in NYC, while about 13 million lived in Upstate. So the City ruled the State. NYC was the moneymaker and kept their assets, while the rest of us would pay for their bail out if they lost money

Taliban Denial

August 8th 2009 22:45
News came out that a top Taliban leader was killed in a US drone missile strike. Now the Pakistani Taliban is denying his death and claims he will make an appearance soon!

This as it seems that the Taliban is scrambling to find a replacement. The Pakistani government is looking for that $5 million bounty on his head. Either Baitullah Mehsud makes an appearance or Pakistan and the US wins.

Social Denial

August 8th 2009 22:17
Contrary to popular beliefs, many addicts can hide their addiction. I work with somebody who admitted that they are an alcoholic, and claim that contrary to popular beliefs, he doesn't miss days or comes in late to work because he needs to feed his addiction. So he is basically a 'functioning' addict.

It never ceases to amaze me when people die tragically and families dismiss toxicology reports from autopsies that their loved ones were addicts. Billy Mays' family denies cocaine use as does the family of the women involved in a tragic wrong-way crash deny alcohol and pot use

UK Surrenders

August 1st 2009 12:54
Britain's drug laws are more harsher than those in the United States. Possession of marijuana, or cannabis, can get some serious jail time. It doesn't surprise me that the UK has joined the war on drugs. What does surprise me is that even in a country with harsher laws, the war isn't working.

According to 90 per cent of the officers who enforce the war on drugs in the UK. Unlike the US, there does not seem to be any mention of legalization, but rather education. Most of us in the United States can see where this is going!

Right To Die

August 1st 2009 04:15
A woman with multiple sclerosis has won her battle to have the law on assisted suicide clarified. The irony seems to be that the woman feels she got her life back with the ruling. This now will set a precedence for future laws of euthanasia worldwide. It may also add to a suicide epidemic in that many will follow the act feeling it is acceptable.

The woman wants her husband to assist her at her suicide. She wants the law clarified to insure that he will not be prosecuted
