The 9/11 Trees

Life is beginning to return at the World Trade Center site. Trees are returning and flourishing.

They come from a New Jersey nursery. Which makes me wonder why if New York City is mostly made of people and things from New Jersey why they don't become part of the Garden State? This would probably save me an Upstater much money on taxes. This has been one of my soapbox moments!

Adding Insult To Injury

Don't look now, but the Ground Zero Mosque may get public financing. If this was a Christian center or church and people heard this, they would shout at separation of church and state.

Since double-standards can only be dictated by the 'do as I say, not as I do' crowd, they don't have a problem with anything Muslim. We should notice first hand that the religion that advocates sensitivity and understanding has no sensitivity or tolerance to others.

I'm sure that financing has also come from Saudi Arabia for this atrocity, and they are the most sensitive people on the planet.

Proposed Mosque Rejected

A zoning board in western Kentucky rejected a petition to build a mosque. As 250 people cheered, the reason cited was lack of parking.

I'll bet you thought that this was about THE MOSQUE, didn't you? I just couldn't resist! It's done in journalism more than you think, since I clicked the link because I thought it was the other mosque.

Religious Tolerance Hypocrisy

Muslims claim to be currently living in fear because of intolerant Islamaphobes that see a problem with their ideologies. After all in a country that was founded on the freedom to practice your religious beliefs, why are they being given a hard time over such things as a mosque near Ground Zero? Maybe because tolerance is a two-way street, and hypocrites make a mockery of our rights as Americans by taking advantage of them.

It seems that Muslims are the real religious bigots. Try putting up a church in a Muslim country and the peaceful tolerance will flow in the form of blood. One can view what happened in Europe over the past 30 years as they are now overrun by a close to Muslim majority that is growing

Maple Street Mosque

In an episode of the The Twilight Zone, people were manipulated into turning into a lynch mob because of their fear of the unknown. As it turns out in the end, their fears may have been real. The Monsters on Maple Street may actually share similarities with this entry.

As controversy grows over the mosque NEAR Ground Zero, the wording becomes an issue for the news media. Some want it to sound like it is ON Ground Zero. The political propaganda machine is in high gear. Each will quote what will advance their cause

US Muslim Holiday...Oooops!

A dilemma may be rising in the US Muslim community over an upcoming holiday date. Based on the lunar calendar, Eid al-Fitr the last day of Ramadan will fall on or around 9/11 this year! The Islamic holiday has been compared to Christmas.

I actually can see how this will cause confusion and possibly hysteria aimed at Muslims. But I doubt this will be as dangerous to Muslims as some seem to think.

Mosque Territory Marking

It seems like 9/11 was a call for Islam to go into overdrive and tick off the entire Western world, culture and values. They use a 'religion of peace' edge as they claim to be the victims as they infringe on OUR rights!

They've done it in my Italy. Building mosques like they are going out of style. They wanted a mosque near the burial ground of the author of 'The Divine Comedy', Dante Alighieri. They hate the guy because in his Comedy he met Muhammad in hell. Apparently, Islam has a problem with this, so they figure a mosque will rectify the situation

This man started as an al Qaeda dishwasher and worked his way up to leadership by leading operations and looking for targets. Never mind that he moved on up due to the death of other high ranking al Qaeda leaders at the hands of drone attacks

Firecracker Or Bomb

It is time for everybody's favorite Iranian, Mahmoud Ahmadinenutjob, to return in the public eye. Was the presidential convoy attacked or was it a firework for celebration. Some say it was a grenade attack, but the official Iranian propaganda machine says it was a firecracker!

Look at the picture and tell me it isn't easier to find Waldo than the real Ahmadinejad!

The Evil Victim

We always hear about Israel striking at the poor innocent Palestinians that are doing nothing wrong. They are smuggling weapons and striking Israel with rockets, but claim to be the victims when Israel defends itself. It is an Islamic game that Hamas is using to its advantage. This is a worldwide tactic that is used to vilify the victims rather than the criminal.

Israel may be portrayed as the aggressor but the victim is a wolf in sheep's clothing
