Saudi Skepticism

In case you missed it, Saudi intelligence has warned the French of impending attacks and also gave information about the exploding ink cartridges. Seems that the Saudis are stepping up their global security role.

We should keep in mind that al Qaeda wants to overthrow the Saudi monarchy. The Saudis have spys in places that no one else does. This may be a great resource in our fight against terrorism. Let's hope it is not just a ploy to catch the West off guard!

Mosque Sensitivity?

When people began demanding that the 9/11 Mosque be investigated as to who the financial backers were, most knew the Saudis would be involved. A Saudi prince, who has contributed to the group run by the Imam Feisal Abdul Rauf, is appealing that the center be moved to another location.

He doesn't want the Islamic center associated with the "wound" of 9/11. Sounds like the prince may understand the sensitivity of the American people. Or he may not want any investigations following money matters. The clear answer will be in the final answer of whether the mosque remains or finds another location.

Funding Terrorism

Would you pay someone to insult you? Probably not. But what if you didn't know you were being insulted?

A couple goes to Maldives to renew their wedding vows. Instead they were insulted without knowing it. If you think this was an isolated incident, you should plan to renew your wedding vows somewhere other than an Islamic country.

The couple were fools and got what they paid for, in my opinion.

Al Qaeda Relief Fund

I think Osama bin Laden must be trying to get a Nobel Prize or something. The al Qaeda leader has sent out his Ramadan message a couple of months late!

The message lacks the usual anti-American, anti-West rhetoric. Bin Laden is urging Muslims to tackle famine, flood relief, climate change and water pollution.This must be what it's like when the insane truly lose their minds!
