Airport Un-Security
April 1st 2008 17:56
In the past I've blogged about the TSA and what a joke they are. This opinion is shared by many travellers and airport personnel. Seems there is a discrepancy between security proceedures as to what is a threat and what isn't. They don't allow toothpaste, question speakers, and allow a dangerous weapon without a problem. The story that you can click on about the story at the site is here.
Soon the TSA hopes to shed it's fragile image by annoying you with sights and sounds. They will have a less stressful screening process. This includes the signs, mood music, and three lines instead of two. There will be more aisle room and all these changes are supposed to ease the stress.
So now there are three different lines for experienced, casual and family travellers. Add to this music that they will probably get from insane asylums and I can't wait to see the outcome!
