The terrorists had rigged the bus with explosives and were on their way to a mission. They are getting ready to attack the Afghan police, foreign soldiers, or maybe just innocent people. The 14 terrorists piled in the bus and off they went.
They are prepared to die and hope to take as many innocent people or military personnel with them as they can. Maybe the bus will be left on a side of the road or near a building. The answer will soon come to light as the smell of death will be the terrorist's trademark.
When the bus exploded, the total number of deaths was 14 since the bus exploded prematurely. A terrorist who mistakenly kills himself before his intended mission may have to forfeit his virgin in heaven count.
To paraphrase the Soup Nazi from Seinfeld, "No virgins for you!"
Meanwhile in Pakistan, at least 8 militants died as they accidentally blew up their safe house. We also find that some militant groups have gone to war with each other.
Keep up the good work at using your own weapons against yourselves and other terrorists!
