The US housing market is taking a turn for the worst as many homeowners are losing their homes through forclosure and bankruptcy. This is happening at an alarming pace. So alarming that sometimes banks make mistakes!

While the homeowner was in England, the bank started forclosure proceedings on his house. This may have been an honest mistake seeing that there are a load of forclosures in the area. The biggest boo-boo was that the bank wasn't the one holding the mortgage!
