At a Super Bowl halftime show, Janet Jackson had a 'wardrobe malfunction' that exposed one of her breasts. She claims it was a malfunction, but everyone knew it was a stunt that was purposely staged. As a result it backfired and hurt her career for the most part.
At a high school pep rally, a couple of teachers simulated a lap dance, among other things. This was definitely a brain malfunction. I don't know what kind of careers they had in their teaching profession, but it may be coming to an end.
