In Pittsburgh there is a new type of cuisine that may spark controversy. The Conflict Kitchen serves foods from Countries that the US is in conflict with. It started with an Iranian kubideh and plans to serve cuisine from Afghanistan, North Korea, Venezuela, etc., in the coming months.
