We probably all seen them. There were even stories about them in TV and movies. I'm talking about sexy billboards with provactive women that advertise health clubs or strip joints. If you've never seen any of these billboards they might shock you if they suddenly appeared.
That's what happened when people suddenly saw a billboard for Bottoms Up! They went and complained to code enforcement. Code Enforcement cited the club. The citation was for flashing lights not the billboard.
So the billboard stays. If you haven't followed plots on TV or real life about provacative items that cause controversy, vandalism is next.
